So close and yet so far...  You park at the radio tower but you are not permitted to cross private property to the actual summit.  This a quickly changing status.  Check the Forum for latest updates. You can zoom on the Map though.

The USGS 7.5 Minute Quad for East Killingly shows the summit with GPS coordinates of 415058N/0714645W.
