1. Zephyr climbs the boulder field near the summit on the approach from the Tri-State Marker. You have to climb on all fours. Note the low rise trees.
2. The frown. Zephyr looks at the frown. It's downhill to the east and Round Hill and downhill to the highpoint Green Stake. The summit registry is in the trees.

4. A sign on Brace Ridge (in New York) marks the hard right to reach the mountain.
5. A sign next to the other sign on Brace Ridge points to Brace Mountain (highpoint of Dutchess County) and back to the trail. These are the only signs we found on the peak.
